Hops and Harvest Festival

Join us at The Hops and Harvest Festival, where we'll be celebrating the beautiful harvest that Autumn has to offer. With many other Maryland local breweries, we'll be giving unlimited tastings, pouring cider by the glass and selling by the bottle!

The festival also includes live music and food provided by local Food Trucks and Vendors. There are two sessions, one from 12-4 PM and a second from 5-9 PM.

Live Music - Ebb & Nova

Join us for a great evening of cider and live music. Local band Ebb & Nova. The group will be playing live, acoustic music starting at 7:30 PM! Check out their music here and also keep up to date on their Facebook Page.

We'll be pouring cider all evening to fill growlers, glasses & flights. Come by early for $5 Happy Hour drafts from 6-8 PM! Check our Tasting Room page for draft updates!

A $5 cover charge can be purchased in advance (EventBrite coming soon!) or at the door. All ticket sales will go directly to the musicians.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own food; however, no outside alcohol is allowed.

Join us for an outdoor, community dinner at Even' Star Organic Farm.

This dinner is organized by Out Standing in the Field, a company dedicated to creating community around local farms, food and beverage. Through adventure, whimsical settings and generosity, Out Standing in the Field's dinners create opportunities for farm education, locally sourcing and being kind to your neighbor.

Held at Even' Star Organic Farm, this dinner is hosted by farmers Brett Grohsgal & Christine Bergmark with Guest Chefs Robert Voss & Ben Frey of John Brown General & Butchery in Cockeysville, MD and beverages by Millstone Cellars.

Westminster Fallfest

During the weekend festivities of the Westminster Fallfest, you can find us in the local Cider & Creamy area. Westminster Fallfest, Carroll County's largest community charity event, will now feature a special area, where Millstone will be sampling ciders, pouring drafts and selling bottles.

The festival is Open Thursday September 22nd to Sunday September 25th; however, Millstone will be participating only on Saturday September 24th from 12-5 PM. The festival is free to the public and is welcome to all ages.

Yoga at the Mill with Melody Clark

Join us for yoga at the Mill with yoga instructor, Melody Clark. The evening begins with a tour of the Mill to learn about our process of creating ciders, cysers, and meads. Then you'll unroll your mat for a 60 min yoga practice in our outdoor barn. Lastly you'll gather for a group Cider Tasting as you are treated to a charcuterie spread of local meats, cheeses, bread, jams, nuts, olives, and pickled things.

This is a wonderful event to sip, mingle, and stretch out! Cider drafts and bottles will be available for purchase after the tasting.

Maryland Wine Festival

  • The Carroll County Farm Museum

This year we'll be attending The 33rd Annual Maryland Wine Festival presented by The Maryland Wine Association. For two days, Saturday September 17th and and Sunday September 18th, we'll be joining over 30 Maryland wineries to sample, taste and pour local, home-grown and carefully made wine.

Tickets are on sale now, $30 General Admission and $50 Explorer Pass. Both tickets include two days of admission, an engraved wine glass, access to free wine tastings and historic tours of The Carroll County Farm Museum's farmhouse. The Explorer Pass includes access to three specialty wine tasting tents. Designated Driver and children's tickets are available for a lower rate.

Festival Hours: Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM / Sunday 11 AM - 6 PM

DIY Fest: Cider & Mead Workshop with Curt Sherrer

DIY Fest 2016 is the 9th Annual Do It Yourself festival to be hosted in Baltimore City. The event is free, with donations are greatly appreciated, and is open to anyone wanting to learn a new skill or hobby!

Join Millstone in the rustic cider movement as owner and cider maker, Curt Sherrer will be sharing his wisdom and experience through a Cider & Mead Workshop. It's the perfect introduction to fermenting and potentially starting your very own home-made cider!
