Come out for a day of apple picking! We will have apple picking going every Sunday for the month of October. This is a chance to get up close and personal with the apples we use in our cider.
This week our apple picking will take place at Blevins Fruit Farm and we will be picking Jonathan apple ground drops. Jonathan apples are used in many of our ciders, including Farmgate.
We will be picking from 10am till 4pm with a lunch break at 12pm (noon). Volunteering comes with a free bottle of cider (this week is Sidra Americana), and for Keepers of the Ugly Apple members this gets you a free bottle of cider and a jar of honey.
Please bring your own lunch since Blevins Fruit Farm is a little off the beaten path. Be ready to get dirty and wear appropriate footwear. RSVP with Brody Mcallister, firstname.lastname@example.org, to reserve your cider and your spot!
