When Honey Met Apple....

On Saturday, February 18 at 10:00 AM, MillStone Cellars Staff will guide you through the cyser making process. We'll cover what a cyser is, different processes and fermentation processes, and do our best to answer all of your cyser questions!

Registration will include a cyser making workshop with the MillStone Cellars Crew, a barrel tasting of MillStone's different cysers and meads, and fresh pressed juice and local honey to supply a 5 gallon batch of cyser. You may bring your own fermentation vessel - we recommend a 5 gallon brewing bucket or carboy outfitted with an airlock.

Guests must pre-register to attend. Email caiti@millstonecellars.com to register and for more information. Registration is per person, $45 payable at the event. Registration for Keepers of the Ugly Apple is $35.

We will also have carboys and accessories available for sale at the Mill. 5 gallon carboys for $38, 6 gallon carboys for $43. Call ahead if you want us to reserve one for you.
